At first thought this is all good news, being a freelancer as I am this will encourage foreign clients to outsource more work to the country with the new shiny fiber link to the US and other Asian countries.

But what will this entail to the current political situation? Billions of dollars in revenue from BPO services and … ?

I sure hope the costs of the new infrastructure will not be reflected to the consumers.
